EXCELLENCE

Greenville, SC - Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. has received a second award for
their marketing efforts this year. Following the honor of receiving a Matrix Award
from the Association of Women in Communications in Greenville, the Don Gardner
marketing department was awarded a 2008 Gold Communicator Award of Excellence from
the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

In a pool of over 8500 entries from all over the world, Donald A. Gardner
Architects, Inc.'s direct marketing piece, "Unlimited License Mailer" was one of the
few selected to win an award. "The incredible quality and diversity of this year's
entries was an inspiration to the Academy and all of our judges," remarked Linda
Day, director of the IAVA.

The award-winning piece was created to capture the attention of current, past and
potential builder clientele regarding a policy change for Donald A. Gardner house
plan products. The message was printed on vellum paper designed to look like
blueprints and was delivered to recipients in a clear plastic tube.
